Rules of Entry

  • This opportunity is open to all artists and illustrators, worldwide.

Terms and Conditions

  • Tomorrow’s Talent 5 is open for submissions from 8:00am PST on July 14, 2025 to 11:59pm PST on September 8, 2025. Booooooom Design Inc. reserves the right to extend the deadline by up to 2 weeks.
  • All applicants, whether selected or not, will be contacted within 75 days of the deadline.
  • All applicants selected for inclusion in Tomorrow’s Talent 5 will receive one (1) complimentary copy of the book.
  • Complimentary shipping will be offered to all selected applicants located within the United States and Canada. Selected applicants located outside of these regions will be responsible for all applicable shipping costs. International shipping rates will vary by destination and will be calculated at the time of fulfillment.
  • Booooooom Design Inc. is not responsible for import taxes or duties. Some packages may require import taxes or duties to be paid, upon delivery to the destination address. This will vary depending on your location, and will be charged by your local postal carrier. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the selected applicant and will not be covered by us. If you want to know if these charges will apply to your order, please contact your local customs office.
  • Booooooom Design Inc., nor any of its officers, agents, partners, directors and employees liable for any liabilities, costs, causes of actions, damages and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of the selected images
  • In no event shall Booooooom Design Inc., nor any of its officers, agents, partners, directors and employees be liable to you for anything arising out of the awards.
  • If selected to be published in Tomorrow’s Talent 5, you retain all original rights to your images but grant us a sub-license to display, publish, promote and distribute your image(s) in any an all media pertaining to the the promotion of the Tomorrow’s Talent 5, or related Tomorrow’s Talent content.
